Steven Lane
MANAGING DIRECTOR
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
After 10 years working in the accountancy profession, Steve decided it was time for a new challenge - something far away from pinstripe suits and time-sheets. In 2006, he founded PMF Products with the help of his wife, Julie.
Since then there has been no turning back. Combining his accounting qualifications with his sporting interests, Steve has transformed the Company into one of the UK's leading sports equipment manufacturers. Whether its product knowledge or competitive pricing you are seeking, he will be sure to have all the answers.
PERSONAL
Outside of the office, Steve likes to unwind with a bit of clay pigeon shooting but if that doesn't do the job, you will find him playing a tune on his 5 string banjo and yes, he does have a rocking chair on the porch.

Julie Lane
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
As Operations Director, Julie oversees the day to day running of Company procedures. Julie does it all, from the administration of your order to ensuring production schedules and delivery services run to the highest possible standards. In taking such a hands-on role, Julie ensures the Company runs to maximum efficiency for both staff & customers alike.
PERSONAL
Away from the office, you will find Julie downloading her emails and updating the Company accounts... but when she does get a chance to switch off, you will find her enjoying time with her three bulldogs Bertie, Ronnie and Maisie.

Paul Ward
PRODUCTION MANAGER
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
Overseeing the day-to-day running of our 10,000 sq ft workshop, Paul ensures every product leaving the premises meets our exacting standards. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Paul instills an expectancy of only the highest standards into our workforce to ensure every product is manufactured with the greatest care and attention.
PERSONAL
Paul is an enthusiastic runner and despite his troublesome knees and ageing body you will often see him running a swift 10k to blow away the cobwebs. Paul is a seasoned veteran of the Great North Run and London Marathon.

Emma Pinheiro
OFFICE MANAGER
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
After leaving the Armed Forces in 2010, Emma gained experience in various office-based roles before settling here at PMF in 2024. She now heads up our very busy office and coordinates customer service, transport, and sales. Emma also takes responsibility for keeping us all safe as she manages all health and safety requirements within the workplace. It's probably easier to list what she doesn't do.
Emma's patience, clear communication and professional ethics mean she can reach the best-informed decisions to put customers and suppliers at ease in any situation.
PERSONAL
Emma is a trained chef and makes a legendry cheesecake. She is a regular winner of the office 'bake offs'. To unwind, her favourite things to do are watch endless TikTok's and enjoy a weekly massage. She can also drink enough tea to sink a battleship.

Rebecca Green
HEAD OF DESIGN & MARKETING
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
For Rebecca, it all started at Sheffield Hallam University where she completed her degree in Art and Design. Here, she discovered her passion for all things design and for creating visual concepts from her ideas.
Rebecca joined the PMF team in January 2024. After years of experience within the design industry, Rebecca has developed an envious array of talents, including an impeccable attention to detail which transcends her work. In her role heading up the marketing function, Rebecca creates and shares various content in both print and digital formats. Managing all marketing and design projects within the company, Rebecca is at home developing ideas for band awareness and executing artwork for promotional purposes.
PERSONAL
Rebecca believes in keeping healthy and active. She is a regular gym goer but is also partial to a cheeky glass of wine, as life is always about balance. She takes full credit for maintaining great staff morale within the office and considers herself the backbone of the team - she also writes the content on this page!

Jacob Foster
HEAD OF DISTRIBUTION
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
Jacob ‘Fozzy’ Foster joined PMF in 2017 as an apprentice after leaving college. A dedicated member of the team, Jacob has progressed through the business and now heads up the warehouse and distribution function at PMF. Jacob guarantees the smooth running of our warehouse and operates a streamlined service.
Managing two warehouses, he is responsible for a fast-paced picking/packing team and for controlling our extensive stocks.
PERSONAL
Jacob is a discerning PC gamer. He loves to game and competes internationally on some of the biggest titles. Expert gaming requires the absolute best equipment, so Jacob builds his own. That right – he builds his own computers.

Mark Woodward
HEAD OF TRANSPORT
ROLE/EXPERIENCE
Mark is a long-standing member of the PMF Team, and it’s rumoured he’s even listed on the Company’s fixed asset register. He supervises the delivery team, coordinates our fleet of vehicles, and he loves to get his hands dirty. He likes the early morning starts and the long scenic runs. He saves the hardest jobs for himself and leads from the front! If you see one of our delivery vehicles out at 4am, loaded to the max with goalposts, you can be sure that it’s Mark.
PERSONAL
Mark is an enthusiastic diy’er, and his home is his castle! When he’s not enjoying his long delivery runs up and down the country, you will find him upcycling furniture or drinking from his (well-stocked) homemade bar.
