Academy Portable Aluminium Goals can be seen at professional football academies across Europe and they offer fantastic value for money.  This goal was developed to offer teams the benefits of aluminium goalposts at an affordable price and is suitable for all aspiring clubs, academies, and schools of all abilities. The unique design will stand the test of time and last much longer than traditional steel goals.

The ‘Academy’ goal frame is manufactured using the same premium grade aluminium used for the Europa range of professional goalposts.  Each post has been extruded to form an 80mm round reinforced profile that incorporates a net channel, suitable for brackets, attachments, and EasyLock net clips.  The goals are polyester powder-coated white to a high-quality gloss finish that is weatherproof and scratch resistant. All fixings are treated to prevent against rust while steel net supports and braces are hot dipped galvanised, before being polyester powder coated for maximum all-weather protection. The aluminium components will never rust.

The goal corners are a unique feature of this goal.  Each individual corner is fully welded, including a 3mm thick steel reinforced insert for additional strength.  This industry-leading innovation prevents joints from coming apart during use or transportation. Frames are assembled using a unique high tensile square head safety bolt that slides into the net channel, eliminating the risk of finger entrapment.  These portable goals are easy to manoeuvre when used with EasyLever wheels. The wheels are adjusted up/down using a simple lever system that produces ample ground clearance and the tyres are puncture-proof. 

Included within this package deal is a 3.5mm high density polyethylene knotted net that is UV stabilised and resistant to harsh weather conditions.  The 100mm mesh construction conforms to the very latest Safety Standards.  EasyLock net clips simply push, twist and lock into place.  U-peg anchors are also supplied.

The Mini Soccer Academy Portable Goal is available in 12ft x 6ft (3.66m x 1.83m) and 16ft x 6ft (4.80m x 1.83m).  These are the official regulation sizes for 7-a-side football (Age – Under 7’s to Under 10’s) and suitable for UEFA or FIFA match play.  The Academy Portable Goal can be used on indoor and outdoor playing surfaces including grass and astro turf.

This goal design has been independently tested to conform to the British Safety Standards by a UKAS accredited test laboratory, in accordance with Football Association requirements.  A PDF copy of the test certificate is available on request. 

Sabre goalposts are manufactured in Great Britain by PMF Products Limited.  PMF Products is a ‘Suitable Supplier’ to the English Football Association.
