Other UK brands may claim to be a manufacturer, but it is important to know all PMF manufacturing takes place at the Company’s own factory right here in South Yorkshire.
Our Factory
Situated in Doncaster, our modern factory extends to just over 16,000 sq. ft. and is operated by our fantastic staff. With a wealth of experience between them, our staff provide skills including sawing, bending, welding, powder coating, cropping, fettling, wrapping, picking and packing while working in steel, aluminium and plastics.
The journey from raw material to finished product is all undertaken on-site in our factory. All this means we can manufacture any product right here!
We can even undertake bespoke projects or adapt existing products.
Quality Assurance
We operate a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and implement tight controls to ensure products and services are of the highest standards. This system provides accountability and traceability of all labour and raw materials incorporated into every product. Customers are assured that materials and labour are responsibly sourced in accordance with UK legislation. Where appropriate, a customer can speak directly with the persons involved in cutting, bending, welding, assembling or wrapping a specific product.
Working closely with a UKAS accredited testing laboratory (CST Global) we have developed a range of premium quality sports products meeting the requirements set by British and European Standards. Some of the Standards we adhere to include: -

- BS EN 16579:2018 - Playing field equipment. Portable and permanent socketed goals. Functional, safety requirements and test methods
- BS EN 1509:2008 - Playing field equipment. Badminton equipment. Functional and safety requirements, test methods
- BS EN 1271:2014 - Playing field equipment. Volleyball equipment. Functional and safety requirements, test methods
- BS EN 1510:2014 - Playing field equipment. Tennis equipment. Functional and safety requirements, test methods
All products are manufactured to British and European Standards (where applicable) and independently tested for conformity. Certificates are available on request.
